Return & Exchange Guidelines

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. After this period, we are unable to process requests.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
  • Products sold as a set must be returned as a complete set.
  • Final sale or non-returnable items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Important Notes:

  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  • If your return is due to a defect or shipping error, we will provide a prepaid return label. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Ensure all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and complimentary gifts are included.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your return is approved:

  • Exchanges: A replacement item will be shipped promptly.
  • Refunds: Processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Allow additional processing time.
  2. Check with your bank or card provider.
